Responsibilities/ Schedule:
This is a leadership position as the Deputy Chief of Primary Care. Responsible for providing the most effective delivery of outpatient care and managing others as they meet or exceed compliance standards. He/she shall meet medically related documentation requirements set forth by Joint Commission and participate in development and implementation of program planning, objectives, policies, and standards essential to delivery of quality medical care. 8:00-4:30, Monday â€" Friday (No weekends) Our VA uses a “PACT†Patient Aligned Care Team approach to care. It provides accessible, coordinated, comprehensive, patient-centered care, and managed by the primary care provider with active involvement of other clinical and non-clinical staff members. Your Hagerstown Team consists of two Nurses, PhramD, Program Support Assistants, Business manager, and another Provider. You will serve as the Deputy Chief of Primary Care.
