Bachelor''s Degree in Nursing, or equivalent.
Current liscensure in the State fo Maryland.
Experience as a staff nurse and manager.
Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience.
Skill and knowledge to sustain and evaluate competence in the care of the age and type of patient populations served.
Demonstrated leadership, managerial ability and the application of good interpersonal relationships and principles of supervision and administration.
Ability to learn and use computer systems in order to manage informaion.
Must be tolerant of lack of control over pace of work, and must work well with others.
