In accordance with our mission and vision, the Registered Nurse is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizi! ng the ANA Standards and the Nursing Process. Provides support, information, and direct patient care. Utilizes equipment and technology successfully and is technologically competent in nursing procedures. Educates patients and families on significant self-care issues. Practices in accordance with Hospital Policy, Maryland Practice Act, ANA Standards of Care and unit / departmental standards. Actions and attitude that contributes to the critical success factors of the organization (i.e. Best place to work, most extraordinary experience, superior outcomes, financial success for reinvestment, valued as a faith-based organization, and a growing organization vital to the community).
Qualifications
MD RN License
1-2 years acute care experience required
1 year ED experience preferred
