- Diagnose and assess patients’ needs and work to create effective plans for rehabilitation, conduct therapy sessions, prescribe medicine, and make referrals as necessary.
- Perform a thorough assessment of past medication trials, side effects, efficacy, and patient preference.
- Participate and comply with quality assurance of all clinical program parameters and measures
- Demonstrate effective clinical interviewing skills that facilitate development of a therapeutic relationship
- Perform other duties as assigned Must have a Master’s Degree from an accredited school and ! be certified as a Nurse Practitioner. National certification in area of specialty. New grads welcome!
