Conducts the nursing process â€" assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation â€" under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure.
Coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance for the center.
Collects, trends, analyzes, and reports data
Manages the nursing department in the absence of the DON
Qualifications
Candidate Experience: 1+ ! to 2 years of experience Management Experience Required - Yes
Minimum Education - Associate's Degree
Skills and Certifications: RN License
