This is a city based job conducting in home assessments for Medicare Advantage members and the Nurse Practitioner must be willing to travel throughout the city of Baltimore.These members will be looking forward to your visit.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in adult or family care setting
• Board Certification- AANP or ANCC
• Active Mar! yland Nurse Practitioner license
• Available for a mini! mum of 20 hours each week
