Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Position: 1 Full time: Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11pm
Responsible for providing day to day supervision of Residential Counselors as well as coordinating with the Rehabilitation Director to ensure clinical supervision of staff. He/she is also responsible for ensuring that direct services are provided which promote the ability of clients to participate in community activities and which contribute to the client's development and utilization of skills necessary for independent living. This position also ensures ac! ceptable safety and maintenance standard of assigned residenti! al site(s). The Residential Coordinator is responsible for driving and/or transporting clients.
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited college or university or licensed Registered Nurse with two years experience working with persons with chronic mental illness, including at least one year of supervisory experience is required of all candidates.
Pre-employment checks and tests are required. Additionally, a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. No more than two points in a twelve-month period and no more than three moving violations in a three-year period with no DUIs or DWIs.
