Bachelor ! of Nursing (BSN)
Current Healthcare Provider CPR Card
Registered Nurse License Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
SUMMARY: This is a middle management position for supervisory coverage of the Nursing Department, other patient care areas and the hospital in general during off shifts. This position provides leadership and direction to nursing supervisors. Responsibilities require knowledge of hospital and nursing policies and procedures, allowing independent judgment in their interpretation. The senior nursing supervisor’s duties include provision of managerial and clinical links between the nurse manager, department directors and nursing supervisors.
The Senior Nursing Supervisor carries out the functions of nursing supervisor during evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts as needed.

Is accountable for efficient ! use of resources and support of the St. Agnes mission.
