We are a group of 8 Artists who serve Brides, bridal parties and special occasion clients in WA (and destination weddings). Our brand is fun, feminine, high end glam experiences for our lovely clients. That top notch client experience starts with the first point of contact, via email and it's crucial to our business to hire an admin assistant with a loving, caring, fun and professional personality so that our clients feel spacial and taken care of every step of the way.
Kayla Kollection Bridal Beauty Team is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, MS Word, and Gmail (along with templates and calendar). If you have previous experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure efficiency of our back office and operations. Experience in/with the bridal and/or wedding industry is a HUGE advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails with finesse, personality and professionalism.
- Organize and schedule appointments using Google sheets + Google Calendar
- Create and update clients booking information when changes and adjustments arise.
- Properly calulate travel fees to provide to clients in the service proposal process.
Skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant
- Knowledge of “dos and don’ts” when working with shared google sheets and calendars.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with an ability to multitask, stay organized and follow-up & follow through.
