Unidine is a looking for a Registered Dietitian for a Senior Living Facility in the Sykesville, Maryland area. . Registered Dietitian - Senior Living Facility This full time dietitian will support two communities located on! the same property. One, a 125 resident facility, and the other a CCRC with a small healthcare population, 75 residents. The duties split 60/40% between the two facilities are: Evaluates resident nutritional needs and establishes individualized plan of care Monitors resident status and takes appropriate actions Works collaboratively with dining services department Creates and maintains documentation Maintains client relationships Updates and applies professional knowledge The successful candidate will communicate objectives, communicate and reinforce high standards in all areas, monitor performance and addresses issues.
Education and Experience: Must be licensed in Maryland or willing and able to obtain the license prior to start Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, successful completion of Dietetic Internship or equivalent. Member of the American Dietetic Association. Must have 2+ years of clinical experience in senior living skilled nursing facility, ! assisted living, rehabilitation, and/or acute care environment! .
