You won’t be writing for Marn. Instead, for Marn’s customer segment. Your content's ultimate goal is to help Marn’s customer base make the best decisions to scale their establishments to the next level. Your content will support Marn in establishing solid bonds with its customer base while providing unique value to the market. Responsibilities:
Build a deeper-than-ever understanding of Marn’s customer base's needs, concerns, interests, etc.
Leverage your knowledge of Marn’s customer base to produce super awesome content
Write engaging posts on various social media platforms
Optimize social media posts (language, tone & message) based on our target audience’s preferences
Use appealing visual content to complement the awesomeness of your content
You will be the bridge connecting internal teams with external stakeholders by coordinating the content of advertisements (e.g., events, open roles, and product releases)
Implement advertising techniques to boost brand awareness
Create creative ideas to promote products
Established portfolio of your work as a Social Media content writer
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword search, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Familiarity with online paid advertising
Demonstrated ability to deliver creative SM content (text, image, and video)
Superior communication skills
Writing skills in both Arabic & English
