The Manager has twenty-four hours responsibility for management of their assigned service lines/areas such that the delivery of high quality patient! care is assured and designated budgetary parameters are maintained.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
To qualify for the position, the candidate must have three years of clinical nursing experience. Prior leadership/managerial experience preferred. Service Lines/Areas:
Women's Services.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and implement effective strategies to enhance the financial performance of the department and the organization.

The ability to ensure the confidentiality and rights of all patient and departmental documents is required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required, BSN required. Currently licensed as RN in state of
Maryland
.
Current CPR certification.
Specialty certification preferred.
