BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a full-time Registered N! urse to fill the position of RN/ Clinical Manager in our Towson, MD office. The successful candidate must be a RN who has demonstrated clinical and managerial experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency.

Responsibilities:
As Clinical Manager, you will have responsibility to direct and coordinate the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals. Job responsibilities include: processing incoming referrals, management and mentoring of field staff, coding care plans, reviewing all clinical documentation, monitoring quality assurance, and overall case management.

Qualifications:

• A current Maryland RN license.
• 3 years nursing experience.
• 2 years recent Medicare Certified Home Care experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation.
• Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-9 coding.
• Strong management a! nd leadership background.
• Excellent organizational, i! nterpersonal and communication skills.
