THE POSITION
Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking a highly motivated Reservations Agent to join our Reservations department. As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling all incoming reservation requests for our Benelux properties. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our guests receive the best possible experience.
THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle all incoming reservation requests for our Benelux properties.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our guests receive the best possible experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservations.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Reservation Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera reservation system.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
