The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing shop operations, and driving sales.
As Shop Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing customer service strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Managing store operations to maximize profitability
- Training, motivating, and developing staff
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and insights
- Ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations
- Maintaining a clean and organized store.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years Retail Experienceexcellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service.
